for reasons like this when i first started hosting i went with iwhic and i had problems. that is when i decided to get a dedicated server and start my own company. i made the right choice. problems like this that u just cant have
First you our not our direct customer. Your are hosted with gnoxhost.com so I am not understanding what you mean about refusing to give money back. You paid them not us that has nothing to do with us if you have a problem with them you need to contact them that has nothing to do with us. Second your sites are hosted under gnoxhost.com which is on our personal server and there has been no down time what so ever on that server. We rebooted 36 days ago for our regular reboot every 2 months. So your sites have not been down due to our servers. Your site was once suspended for violating the tos of them and us for hosting proxy accounts on the shared server (kpr0xy.fuckme.cc) read this thread and everyone will see that they owe you money not us. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1062869 If your sites were up only 2-3 hours a day due to the server I think everyone would know as iwhic.com would only be up for 2-3 hours a day as well. And if your a client of his how can you tell me that our support takes 2-3 days if that is what he is giving you then i am sorry but once again that is not us. Just to clarify that we had a issues with only one vps node not any of the shared servers, It only effected about 8 clients of ours (yes that is to many) Not every one on that vps node lost the data Oli3L was on that node and all his files were saved and had no down time, we noticed the problem before it happened and got 95% of the vps off the server before it crashed. There is only one client of ours in this thread that has a problem and that was with the op. Codythebest if you are having issues with your accounts then why does your host not contact us about this, it is not a server issue. If it is a dns issue or a blocked ip on the fire wall then they can contact us and we can look into it. accyuklad you are hosted with gnoxhost as well and that also means you are on our server. again if you read the tos no down load sites are allowed. And if your using more then the 21% cpu usage then yes your site will not be allowed and again this is a problem not with us but with your host. I am not sure who you are so I can not comment on this. Its funny that most of you that are complaining about us are not even our clients, but instead our clients are saying other wise in this thread. EDIt: Cody you may want your host to fix your dns in his whm http://www.intodns.com/fuckme.cc You have to have in the server what is registered at your domain registrar. and also you may want to let him know to fix his as well You are using ns1.gnoxhost.com and ns2.gnoxhost.com but he is using ns1.iwhic.com and ns2.iwhic.com so once again I would like clarify any down time that you have received is not due to us it is a dns issue on your hosts part, if he is using our name servers and does not have his registered at his domain registrar but having you use them you will have very bad up time. http://www.intodns.com/gnoxhost.com This goes to accyuklad and anyone else hosted with him.
Iwhic is a very unreliable company, they actually try to convince people not to buy at companies like us. It's very funny. They could have lost 1000s in libel lawsuits for just a week of their behaviour lol. Iwhic is definately a company on a rampage, don't even get me started on that. But personally I think this topic is not going anywhere.
Oh my! What a statement. Are you mad at us because we are growing faster then you. Your the one that takes clients money for a dedicated server and NOT DELIVER. You have more open claims on clients not getting what they paid for then I can to count. Are you pissed off that I told the truth to a person, that YOU sold a Windows server to and NEVER DELIVERED it to them. They have chased you for 3 days asking why? where? and when? and you have the balls to call me a mess! I have never stole a dime from any one! I don't need to! So keep stealing money from people and promising 6-12 hour deployment of a item that you cant deliver. What has it been 2-3 days now? and YOU still do not have delivered the servers sold? A very smart solution. But well, I think not everyone has the knowledge to do that. We provide dedicated servers since 2006 allready, but in my experience too many people think they can easily run a hosting environment without any technical knowledge. But you are right that you have chosen not to let a company that calls you names when there is something wrong control your environment.
Well dude, I could respond to that with a long story of angry talk and other things, but if I am going to post another big post then this clearly is a hijack of the topic. That is not my intention. Ontopic: Iwhic had some problems, I think they are solved now. Others please comment on that. Let iwhic solve it for you in the very professional way he always does!
I have to comment here because I have dealt with all three of you, IWHIC, Cameron and Profit. Profit I just bought your product when you told me it would work for me, guess what it didn't work, and it took you two weeks of you ducking me to answer me to tell me that it would not work, but you took my money. Cameron, you ran a good company of which I had 3 servers and then you took off, no refunds and the company you sold to refused to honor any of my prior servers, too bad you were good. IWHIC took over my hosting from Hostparlor for no money, gave me the IP hostparlor had sold me and ran off with the money, then IWHIC got my domain name back from Hostparlor and registered it for me. They took care of me for a whole year, never lied to me, and always gave quick support. I hope the mods close this thread, I am tired of listening to a small amount of people abuse someone that is trying to be a good host. Deal with it their business is booming, and your isn't
IMO: Cameron: Not used his hosting, but I've talked to him a few times here and stuff and he seems like a nice genuine guy, I really doubt he would scam people. Getting banned from DP is different from "running away". IwhiC: I used them and they suspended my account without telling me or anything. I have heard people think they are great and others think they aren't good, but for the price they are reasonable. Profit Host: I have heard terrible things about loads of people not getting servers, not getting refunds and days of downtime, but I have also seen 1 or 2 good reviews.

Correct. I'm with GNOXHOST.COM. So why are they using you own dns server name then, as stated by yourself below? There has been never a subdomain created. My proxy is on another hosting, as bad as GNOXHOST.COM... Re-read the OP then... I have asked for refund after 3 days of service. Refund has always been refused. I'm emailing a screenshot with the site down and the windows calendar for proof of time every 2-3 hours every day. My site is up about between 4-5:00pm and 7-8:00pm everyday. No more... Unbelievable that you have nothing to do with this but GNOXHOST.COM is using ns1.iwhic.com and ns2.iwhic.com ???? That's really professional as I can see... So, now, you suggest me to ask GNOXHOST.COM guy to explain how he should do his job, correct??
One would have assumed that GNOXHOST is a client of IwhiC who purchased either a reseller or a master reseller. The fact that IwhiC does not take any liability from GNOXHOST incompetence in handling their own stuff is clearly stated under IwhiC TOS, supposed that GNOXHOST ToS did not provide that, they will still be required to adhere to IwhiC TOS which states in my own words that 'reseller has to take care of their clients' IwhiC bears no responsibility to THEIR client's client(if that make sense). It is like getting a bottle of ribena from a retailer who got their ribena from the factory. If the bottle of ribena has expired, are you going to get a refund from the retailer or the factory? Assuming that Tort law does not step in, obviously one would go after the retailer. Just my two cents in the case of Cody, IwhiC does not need to give you any refunds whatsoever.

I agree. And I'm not asking a refund from IwhiC. I'm asking - and not obtaining - a refund from gnoxhost.com. The problem came from my post against gnoxhost and I got an answer from IwhiC. But yes, while I have answer from IwhiC, I have little help from gnoxhost... I did not know IwhiC was in the matter at the first place. Gnoxhost has been unable to perform with me and my site, I'm just asking for a refund from gnoxhost, so why is IwhiC so upset with me?? The last excuse from gnoxhost: "you don't have runtime in your location" ?? WTH? I'm in Knoxville, TN, USA and I don't have runtime ?? WHat does that mean?...My other sites are hosting in the UK with 100% runtime...Well, I don't get that one honestly...I didn't know that you could see Google in Los Angeles but not in Miami...!!???
^^ LOL BTW I am an existing client of iwhic shared hosting ( actually I am trying out their hosting ) and till now I never faced any problem ,the uptime was 100%, their support is prompt and their pricing is also good

He is a reseller of ours and I am not sure why he is not using custom name servers and not his own, and having others use his so most likely all his accounts are having issues with this. But correct the dns issues and you should have no problems with your site. You kept replying to this thread saying the server is down and that is not the case. If dns is not correct then the site will not work I am surprised it even works for a few hours a day to be honest.
