I signed up for the NeverBlue affiliate program but it says it wont be activated until they call me.

So what exactly is the call about and what do they want to know

I registered yesterday and received a phone call, if i remember it only last for 2 - 3 minutes. Mostly all the question are about the site and your experience in running/handling affiliate site. And why you choose neverblue ... etc

Then after a few minutes I received a confirmation email that my application was accepted.

Watch out when you call them though. They are in Canada, so long distance for people in US. I got $50 added to my cell bill after my affiliate manager gave me a call.

If you are outside of US/CA they will most likely just send you e-mail saying that they try to call you but you didn't pick up the phone and they also couldn't leave you message. Then they will ask you to call them or you wont be accepted. I gave them my mobile phone number and saw no unanswered calls from them. So I had to call them. After 2 minutes talking to manager I was accepted. No other problem with them so far.

just be honest - tell them where your traffic is from, what you promote, your niche, links etc.

they want good honesnt business partners and so do you. Plus, if you weren't who you said you were, they would in effect be promoting fraud etc. so its always wise for them to check!

You won't get rejected, so don't worry!

They prefer applicant from US, Canada and UK.
People outside the location is not easy to get approval , while they don't care your experiences, your traffic and way of promotion .
I apply for several times and get rejected every time .

I would appreciate him if anyone can help me to apply .

I'm from Turkey and they approved me next day . You just need to talk friendly, tell your past experiences and affiliate networks you worked with . I said i'm interested in health and freebie offers , i'll use adwords content network and purchase solo ads to promote them. No problem so far

I'm not sure, I'm from the Philippines. probably this will also depend on the site and the traffic source.

I don't think so. They never asked me about where I'm from (they could see on application anyway) or what kind of traffic I have.

It is just a short call to make sure you are human, you know what affiliate marketing is, and you aren't planning to do anything sketchy. The affiliate managers there are great, don't worry about it.

Do you think they would have any problem with someone being new to affiliate marketing? Ive spent about 2 months researching AM/PPC but dont have a history.

Also i dont know what offers id like to promote yet, i hope that wouldn't be too vague for them?
