Looking for a designer for fast work

Hi all,

I am looking for a designer who has a microfone so I can chat with him via MSN or Skype, to explain him what I am looking for.

Topic: food, going out for lunch it should be web 2.0 or in pop art style like http://www.jason-brooks.com but not too flippy as I target visitors from different ages.

I need a website header designed today!

and maybe:
- a simple 4 sheet powerpoint presentation for an Info- Screen
- flyer and poster if I am satisfied with your work.

I wouldn`t mind a portfolio either, so it would help me to decide who will get the job.
