Domain name set up

Hey I'm setting up a domain name right now for testing purposes and I was wondering how do I know what the website will need for the following features?

The site will be running Drupal, wordpress or pligg

 

You can select the all options nothing to worry about, but if non of the following is selected you can still run wordpress etc.

What are these things used for anyways?

 

well webalizer is a stats, cgi mainly used for some of scripts as they are cgi scripts, and if you enable frontpage you will be able to upload files from frontpage to your website.
