Any ideas on what number that is? 30,000 or 300,000 the comma has me confused. Those are some pretty high standards for a large amount of sites.
I think its funny when I see the site loaded with a bunch of Buttons, these are probably the worst thing you can put on your site. If the image is not hosted on your server what the visitor will see is most likely just a bunch of [x] icons becuase the topsite most likely was already added to blocked sites category making your site look ugly with [x] (broken images), slowlying down your page with timeouted images.
I didn't know that I registered a domain that has been spared by someone, which is already blocked in most of the schools. So whois record study before buying a proxy related domain may help. But in your case its may be something else.....experts of this thread may only can help you.
You buy a new domain, heavily promote it and it will be blocked fast. Reason? There is a lot of sites that crawl and feed from groups and topsites. Dont worry much, there is 1928349092405789345 other schools and offices that need proxies. just experiment it with other advertisement company, dont put all the eggs in one basket. Oh, just found out that there was typo originally from CPX themselves. It was meant to be 30k and not 300k.

Are there any that don't require you to join with a username and password? I'm looking for one with just a simple form, the quicker and simpler to use, the better. One that I really like is AZproxies.com, to give you an example.
I don't think there is any FREE script that offer that generous feature rich script. You should spent some money before you make money. You just can't get all thing out of thin air without spend a cent

No no no, don't get me wrong, I am willing to spend money, I know the rules of business, but, as we all know, anything that is free is nice. I'm not looking for something exactly like AZ, but a free script that has a simple sumbit form, one that only takes a few seconds.
Could always try to make your own if your good with coding here is a free start might have all of what you need and then again you might need to modify it

I thought I would do a post in the Freebies section to get things started, but I doubt that'll give me too many proxies. I also thought I would give away some free places (ie, no backlink required) to entice some people into sumbitting links. What else do you suggest?
you can get ample of links from this thread itself even if 10 proxy owners here submit 10 proxies each it will come upto 100 which is good enough for a start
That's true. I'm going to also have a blog on the site with original content that is regularly updated. I hope that this way I will rank highly in Google and end up attracting quite a few proxy owners, as well as being able to charge a decent amount per featured link.
