If your country is not there under paypal supported countries then why don't you use other payment processors such as Moneybookers,2CO etc. for your own safety IMO.

    DON.

Actually, contradictary to what you believe, Morocco is a supported paypal country. It however is a SEND only country which means that you are not allowed to receive any money. Since you would never have a balance, there is really no reason why you should withdraw money in the first place.

    Do as what Deluxdon suggested.

why people insist to have paypal account if their country is not supported? And when finally you have money in it and can't withdraw it you said it's big problem.

The big problem is actually your wrong decision to sign up with paypal even though you know very clearly that your country is not supported.

    No, my friend ;)
I don't live in UK or US. Paypal do support my country but I don't even have paypal account. I used to have one but I quited. I had some problems in the beginning when I first time used them. Then I quickly decided that Paypal is not suitable for me. I moved to something else, and I realize now, my decision is right.

You should try to see what's gonna happen in future, dude. If you realize you couldn't withdraw your money then I'm sure you know you take the risk losing your hard earned cash.

    Regards :)

Could get a friend in a country which supports withdrawal to assist you in opening a bank account in your name, to match your paypal account.

Get some friends who live in country that is supported by paypal for withdrawal and then you can transfer it to him. Maybe the solution is only that way..

    Good luck:)

What are you planning to withdraw when you are not supposed to even be able to receive any money in the first place ? There is no point trying to find ways to withdraw a $0 balance, the result would still be $0.

Unless you provided fake information and sign up by pretending to be from another country which is clearly the wrong thing to do.

    Three options:

    1. Your best bet is to send the money to a friend who has PP and can withdraw it and then wire it to you or use Western Union etc.

    2. If you do not have such a friend then your next best bet is to spend the money online. Shop on eBay or any other online store.

    3. Give the money away to charity.

Remember that Paypal does check on your IP address each time you log in and they can use that to determine if you log in from a supported or non-supported country.

I believe you do know the Legal Agreement of Paypal

    https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/UserAgreement/ua/USUA-outside#restricted-policy

Of course, you don't expect a billion dollar company not to check for that.

why do not blame to attempt to jeopardize your account by lying about your application in the first place. it would be like a matter of time for your account to be limited and for you to come here and complain how paypal is unfair to you.

Was searching my posts this morning and realised that this issue was never known to be resolved. Did you get through with withdrawing your money? Did you end up spending it?
