These all look pretty spammy - I know that Squidoo and HubPages will No-Follow Spammy pages from unestablished accounts so you dont have any SEO benefit whatsoever from this service. I imagine it is more or less the same with the others.

Don't worry, all the content is unique and the outbound links are limited to only 3 max which cuts out any chance of spam. You say that you know squidoo and hubpages use nofollow for spammy pages but I can't seem to find that anywhere on their websites.....and also I don't see anything about the accounts.....? Thanks for the heads up and maybe you were just not building your sites correctly for them to be marked as spam.....Good Luck!
Actually I would have let it go unless you mentioned me being new around hear considering the dates we both joined. You can take a look at this thread Which says that to Follow on HubPages- the creator needs to have a HubScore over 75 and for Squidoo it seems to be a number of factors and different opinions which leads me to believe that it is both an automated and manual thing. But that is enough for now. Good luck with the service.

It seem that you are right that squidoo does actually use a Nofollow in some cases, good thing that all my lenses are complete with the satisfactory amount of gadgets and all my links are dofollow! As far as hubpages that is great to know that as well, I have multiple accounts and so I will be sure to use the accounts with a high enough rating for a do-follow link! All my accounts on the web 2.0 sites that I will be using are established member accounts so all the nofollow links are irrelevant to this service, this is do-follow only.
