Can I verified paypal with payoneer debit card

i have debit card from payoneer, can i verified paypal with payoneer debit card?

 

The payoneer debit card is accepted by Paypal but I would still advice you to add your local bank issued credit card as back up because if Paypal request for a paper credit card statement, you would not be able to provide one with Payoneer.

I think any variation of a debit card should work as long as it has funds on it. You might have to watch out. I don't know if they allow them, so if you get your account limited, you might not ever get it unfrozen.

I am some issues with payoneer card;

1.I cannot load funds in my payoneer card, I am getting this error "Private funds cannot be loaded in this card"
2.I have tried verifying my paypal account by providing the bank details that were sent to me by payoneer but I want to know that once paypal transfer any fund in my account will that reflect somewhere on my payoneer account as I have to feed the same amount in my paypal account to verify it?
3.How long does paypal take to transfer fund for their own verification?
