There is not much one can do if the niche is low paying and changing the niche is also not an easy decision specially if he specializes in that niche . The best you can do is review you site content ( keywords ) block some low paying ads and improve your CPC . Currently you are not even earning $0.05 / click so that is very very low by all means .
That should read, there's not much you can do "if you continue to use Adsense" to monetize the traffic. He could probably multiply his income by x10 overnight if he ran some CPA and affiliate offers, but if he sticks with Adsense he's stuck with loosing visitors for pennies.
Haha if you listen to my advise at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1097768 than you would be earning minimum 1 usd per click , if you ever got 70 cents it a time where google probally not getting any advertisers. It's so simple , but it works! If you actually read and understand what many people have said you would have know this. I used to make 40 cents per click now i make 2.50 for my niche , imagine if I was doing a expensive niche! Anyway visit the thread and see what your doing wrong.
Your "trick" is not that straight forward. Firstly if there's no advertisers in that niche paying $2.50 a click you certainly won't get $2.50 a click after Google take their cut plus reserve the top payers for the SERP's. Also what's removing ads doing to your CTR? Sure dropping to just one ad may double your click price but if your CTR drops 60% due to less ads on the page you are now losing money.
Dude that's why before this , you need to me smart enough to examin which areas give you all the CTR for me normally by 125 by 125 get more tan 80% of the click from there you can increase your earnings , plus i didn't say every niche will get as much as me , some get much higher some lower. If you don't like my tip than I don't care , but it's a simple tip for you guys based on my experience.
"Your tip" has been posted here many times before, long before you even registered. Yes it "may" be valid and work in some cases, i'm just highlighting to people to monitor what it does to their CTR. No point raising click price by 20% if CTR falls 30% due to less ads is there.
It depends on ur niche mainly, as u choosed low paying keyword, i had hollywood celebrities blog which gets only 1 cent per 1 click, so concentrate on high paying keywords
It all depends upon your website's nature. If it is related to earning money oppurtunities then you can earn average $0.25 per click (For HYIPs it is $0.65 i.e $65 for 100 clicks) as my own experience says. If it is related to wallpapers, videos and other fun stuff then you can earn average $0.05 per click ( according to my experience). Advertisers which sell any product pay more and, which are giving free stuff, pay less.
Thank you for starting this thread as otherwise I would be always in the dark I put the adsense on my website only about 3 weeks ago and worked out that I'm getting on avarage around 0.02 per click. I just thought that this is a reality but couldn't understand why my niche costing me 0.25 in adwords. Now you guys open my eyes. Google is scamming me big way. My niche being weight loss and the most common keyword in the ads "fat" which in adwords is $1.05 I should be getting more money. So how do I explain the payouts? I'm not trying hijack this thread as I think that it looks like me and OP are in the same situation
Legally scamming you yes, that's their business model. People can make way more dropping Adsense and monetizing their traffic with other methods, but sadly people don't see this.
