    Just made a blog post about List of 33 Free Press Release websites, hope you people find it useful.

    My Personal advice - if you have money, go with paid once as you can make it into Google news easily

    No, actually the chances of your PR getting picked by news papers is very less from free PR services.

    If you want decent press/newspaper coverage I'd target local newspapers - if you want bigger you'll probably need assitance of a professional PR company.
