Adwords is allowing my competitor to triple serve

So last month i noticed one of my competitors is triple serving ads for the same keywords.

They have multiple sites which offer pretty much the same thing, just designed a little differently, the whois for the sites is the same, and they regularly have 3 ads showing for the keywords im bidding for as well.

So I sent an email to the customer service department at Adwords complaining about their practice, showing them that the whois info is the same for all 3 sites.

The service rep emailed me back saying they would look into the situation and thanking me for pointing out that someone may be violating their TOS.

But more than a month later, no action has been taken against my competitor. The ads are still all showing.

I thought Google was better than that.. to turn a blind eye to a violation like that..

It may be that simply having the same Whois is not enough to merit action.

I have seen that happen before I can help. I am with an Authorized Google Adword Reseller and have acess to differnet tools that a qualified adword reseller does not have.

Well that just shows that you don't know very much. I am with a company called Livedeal Inc we are one of only a handfull of companies on the planet who are AUTHORIZED Google Adword Reseller. You see everyone that I have seen on here so far are QUALIFIED Google Adword Resellers. There is a Big difference. Just go to google and type in "Authorized adword reseller livedeal" and let me know what you find. IF you would like some helpful tips I would be glad to help you as well.

If you're not a scammer, my apologies. We get some of those here.

However, I would expect a "Senior Search Engine Marketing Conslutant with an Authorized Google Adword Reseller" to know that it's "AdWords" and not "Adword". It's you who doesn't know very much, dude, not me. I make a full-time living on AdWords.

    Funny stuff!

So I missed the s my bad a typo.

Yeah so do I and we made 25 million+ last year how bout you? You see you

could make your living off of adwords and you ultimately can only do so

much. You see I have the training from google themselves not only

individually but on a large scale with the authorization for my company to

resell their adwords, along with the different search volume market research

tools and software for long tail keywords. Also the data since 1994 on how

people search for things using the internet? You can continue working very

hard and produce good results. You could give me your best customer and I

would be able to reduce cost and improve effectiveness. Simple as that. Like

I said I will be more than happy to share tips and advice with you if you

    would like.

A typo in every single one of your threads?

Admit it, Mr Authorised Reseller: you've only just discovered that it's "AdWords" and not "Adword". Is everyone in your company as knowledgable? :D

I didn't quite hit the 25 million mark, but I will some day.

Google offer an optimisation service, too. Basically, they take over your account, screw it up, make sure that you're paying the highest possible amount for each click, then give it back.

Is that what your "authorised" company does as well? :D

Dude, I'm only kidding. :D I appreciate your willingness to help. If you need any help, don't hesitate to ask me, either.

Google is pretty good in confirming this and taking the necessary action. If they have not, it means that they cannot confirm it is the same company - it is very allowed to have different companies marketing similar (not same) products/services.

My advice to you is to rather concentrate on your own business - do not click competitors ads as you won't want them clicking yours and driving up your cost.

Over the past few years that I have been marketing on the net, I have seen so many people "obsess" about their competitors's and fail to control their own businesses which eventually goes belly up.
