Need some simple php script modification work done

I need some simple modifications in php based script mainly to
1. Activate India as default search country in place of USA
2. Change default currency to Indian Rupees
3. Remove some other minor unwanted fields.

Please let me know price for above two items to start with.

I think it is all available in SQL already, just need someone to do it as I am not familiar with php and sql.

 

I have now another similar work assigment for a dating script that needs to be modified. Essentially to customize it to search for grooms in Indian cities rather than US.
