How to verify US Paypal account?

    Hi,
    I was 1 year in the USA for study and created a Paypal account there, with the address of my hostel.

    Back in Europe I wanted to do some transactions, but they say I have to verify my account. I even cant send money to another Paypal account.

    Is there a way to verify my account, because there is some money on it, and I cant get it.

    U need to add US bank account to verify the account.

    Ok, I wont get to the US for the next 2 years to open up a bank account.
    Is there an alternative way?

    Open a new account with european address and verify as required.
    If prev one was personal then open a premier acc. this time or vice versa.
