Well, i once tried myself to rotate one of my website in a traffic generator system, but Google sent me an email to let me know they will disable my account if i don't remove my website from that system. They were kind to warn me before doing something bad.
I also heard that if you got your account banned you wont be able to register another account on the same name as your precedent one. If that is true, you're in trouble.
i hope you will find a positive solution to your problem ;)

Sorry to hear that you got banned. I myself got banned on one of my websites as I reached the $100 threshold. I never clicked on my own ads, sent in an appeal and they still denied me telling me that I clicked on over 50% of my own ads. I was not too thrilled to hear this. I was told that the money would be returned to the publishers and that I could not hold another adsense account. This really frustrated me and boy was I fuming. So is life...Big corporations continuing to screw the little guy that is trying to help them.
Anyways, hope you win your appeal.

Just got to wait on the email from them, i will fight strongly against it.
As they should not ban accounts willy nilly, with just sending that default email.
There is no correspondence in that email to say what i have done or have supposed to have done.

very true , i can show you several high profile websites that breaks guidelines everyday.
but i think that one thing that google is crazy about is the clicks from the same ip address ,that went against you .
everything else goes but they just wouldn't tolerate that.

I doubt they will accept back a site that mostly copies BBC news and articles.

Sorry to hear that you got banned.

Easy to make money, easy to get banned if you against their TOS. That is Google Adsense.

Another option is Try opening a business Account with different address from the current, change the domain name, change the ISP and use a new computer(change the processor ,Network Card and Hard disk), bcoz they can track you.

    Don't take it seriously

Just change your name and swap something on your address. That's it

Dude, don't give suggestion like that. You need to do more than change your address and name, google has some pretty advanced fraud systems in place. What about cookies, IP, using gmail?, & you cant really use the same sites again. and thats just a start.

Your site is blacklisted, don't put another adsense code on it unless you want that account banned too.

well today was the day. i got my website banned for no reason. my brother got his yesterday too. he had 150$ in his account but I had 540$ for last month and 300$+ this month. I am starting to think it's a strategy to avoid the financial crisis. They are disabling account that have money in it so that they don't pay. just think about it. google payed me 0.01$ per click. I had 1000s of clicks per month. the charge AdWords at least 0.05$ per click. that's a 0.04$ profit per click. and then they come and take the 0.01$ they owed you. nice strategy. I have emailed them but I am not very hopefull about getting back it the system. I really liked google but now I feel sick. my stomac wants to say it's opinion about google today and that is: BLEAH you suck GOOGLE. can anyone provide a nice CPC advertising network with good potential revenue? I run a gaming website. thanks

Google refunds the money to the advertiser when they ban an account for invalid clicks. They lose money.

Google payouts an average of approximately 78% of what they charge an advertiser for a click (they are a public company, it's in their financials).

I've been with google for about 5 years and have never had a problem. If google was banning people to keep the money, they wouldn't make a termination a lifetime ban.

99.9% of people get banned because they didn't follow the TOS or were involved in clicks to their own ads.

neither me or you can tell for sure what google does with the revenue. I doubt they pay it back to the advertisers. I used google for 2 years without any problems and still they banned me without any warning. I didn't do anything that was against their TOS. The only thing they can say is that I had a high CTR. and that is because of the ad placement and not because of violations of TOS. you can check my website and see if the ad placement is wrong or anything. the ads are now from CPMstar but are in the same position. also a revenue of 300-500$ for an arcade website with around 3000 UV per day is not that high. the visitors come from SE (specially google where I rank 3-4 for the term "miniclip"). So there is no violation of TOS. It's just an abusive google decision

So let me see.... You were making google $300 to $500 per month for two years and instead of letting you continue to generate this money on a monthly basis, they decided to ban you for life so they could keep a one-time payout of $500? (gee, makes me wonder why they let you go for two years and didn't ban you before the first check?) Now you will go with a competitor ad network, so google took this one-time payment and is essentially helping the competition gain more business? RIGHT!

"neither me or you can tell for sure what google does with the revenue."

Google has audited financials. Anyone who thinks google is lying about refunding the money to the advertisers or cooking their books should take their evidence to the SEC and collect a multi-million dollar reward.

Sure, google bans all these accounts so they can keep the money. And all the google employees who do this keep it a secret for years and years without reporting it to the SEC and collecting a multi-million dollar reward? And Larry and Sergey were seen on a grassy knoll in Dallas.....
