Google Sitemap Question

Can we add "Google Sitemap" on our site for giving more information for our visitors??
Does Google allow to add it on our site??

Was also wondering the same-Have just added a normal type sitemap to our site and have seen on some seo sites they have both.

 

dear if you want give more information about your site to visitors then simple you should be make HTML sitemap in your site its very simple, informative, authentic site map for your user and you can make xml sitemap which can say "google sitemap" its also very beneficial for indexing and crawling to your all pages..

i think you are not clear about your question...that is nothing like google sitemap but the thing you want to know about is xml sitemap (sitemap.xml) and that is to be created on your website and the link (www.yoursite.com/sitemap.xml) is being submitted to Google Webmaster Tools account to improve the crawlability of your website and it's all pages.

Google sitemap is only used by the google search engine, you create this one using google web master tools, now getting back to your question, use a regular sitemap for your users and leave the google sitemap for google search engine to index all your pages. To see google sitemap visit my site http://www.dealnshop.com/dealnshop.xml and regular sitmap url is http://www.dealnshop.com/sitemap.asp

 

It is much better to create xml sitemap for Google and and make your navigation menu user friendly.
