Yesterday my paypal account got limited
The reason they gave me was

    What's this ?

They asked me for my CC statement.I faxed it yesterday only

Then they asked me for address verification.I faxed it too

Now they are asking me details about a transaction (of 63$) I received few days back from a member of DP as I created some logos and banners for him.

Why dont they ask for all the details at the same time instead of making delay.

    Its a verified personal account.

What all details I can send to paypal regarding that transaction??

Anyways the guy for whom I made these logos and banners is now banned for DP.

Did this happened because he was some kind of fraud and used hacked ID for payment ??

Although I mailed paypal about this transaction but what if they ask me for delivery receipt or proof of delivery etc ??Its a digital delivery ! How can I show him receipt and all ??

Does paypal limits an account permanently ??I have about 130 USD (including that 65$) on my account ..Will I ever get that back ??What will happen if I failed to show them any proof

Why don't they just limit the money of that transaction, rather than limiting the whole account

Please do suggest me what all I can do ??

Most likely the person who paid you was using a hacked account or they decided to do a chargeback because they wanna scam you and get their money back. I would just comply with Paypal and just send them what they request because that seems like the only way you'll get your money back. If it's Digital, try taking a screenshot and sending it to them that way.

Get in touch with PayPal and explain the situation to them. They may take a little while to get back to you and you should be able to get the money that you had in there already bar the money that was being suspected of being fraudulent. It is also a good idea to withdraw funds from your paypal account often just incase that happens.

Instead of contact them through email thingy better for you to call them rightnow and explain everything as this way you can sort out your problem very quickly.

    DON.

Will wait for paypal's reply now.

Can I ask them to refund that amount(63$) to the sender and remove the limitation from my account ??

I don't think its going to work... You comes under the radar... be careful next time & only accept/receive money from Reliable & Trusted Person/Source.

Its five days since I called them but they didn't replied to any of my querie :(

Whenever I contact them using their contact page they reply me with a basic template of email that they process the account as they are received :(

    This was my personal account.

Atleast my business account is working.
