    Hello,

Google uses geolocation to display the results that interest the visitor most. That makes some "local" websites with specific content for the country of the visitor to be higher on SERPS that what you see in a different country.

However, if the visitor specifically tells google to use the US datacenter, the user should see the same results as a US citizen.

    Hope this helps

The SERP results are depends upon below factors.
    1. Your Domain Extention (.uk, .co.in, .com, .us, etc if domain name have .uk ext then Google will give priority in google.co.uk)
    2. Your host (In which country your website is hosted, if your site is hosted on UK server then will Google give priority in google.co.uk)
    3. Your Back-links. (If your website is having more back-links from uk based websites, then Google will give priority in google.co.uk)

Google SERP results are vary for each country, Google.com results are also vary as per Datacenter.

Hope this answer will clear your doubts.

Nope the results vary by location, for instance people in the UK would see FAR more .co.uk domains then we see here in the states.

SERP ranking varies from country to country. Google uses geo targeting. For example if your ranking #1 for a particular keyword on google.com doesn't mean you will rank the same on google.co.uk or google.co.in
