H1/H2/H3 Tags - Do you use them?

And how important do you think they are?

 

H1 that contain your keyword/s has a good factor in SEO... Yeah we are using it...

 

h1 and h2; 5-7 words each; H1 best to mirror the title tag; Hx separated with a paragraph = Good start for on-page optimization.

Off page criteria (inbound links/pr) and on page optimization combined produce top rankings. They compliment each other. Although on some occasions you can very poor optimization and stil be top ranked solely due to link pop and keywords in anchor text.

 

I haven't used H tags at all for my site, and I'm already ranking pretty well.

Looks like if I impliment them, I should see an improvement.


What do you think is the best way to go about approaching H tags? Should they focus on main keywords or more LSI words?

 

H1, H2 and H3 are good to use and all have some value for SEO.

Ummm yes .... they're extremely important - they tell Google what the priority of the page is and is about ....

H1 is title
H2 are are next important key words or H1 (title) repeated.

But it is certainly important to use H1 and H2 tags to help search engines better understand your page's topic

 

Yes I am using H1, H2 and H3 tags. In SEO they are important. SE gives high importance to H1 tag, H2 has some less importance than H1 and H3 has less importance than H2.

You can put your keyword as priority in your H1, H2 and H3 tags and SE will treat them as you set their priority.

 

Yes you would, And as some1 already suggested, Copy your page title in your H1 tag, Or atleast a few of the keywords, the use of strong tags help too,

H1 and H2 are very important in a proper seo optimization of a website... Use H1 and H2 tags with your main and secondary keywords. Most SE’s give a lot of weight to words that are wrapped in these tags. Each page on your web site should have one or two targeted keywords at the beginning of the page. Just add < h1 >keyword< /h1 > to the main keyword and the same for your secondary keyword replacing h1 with h2 and deleting the spaces.

H1 to H6 are basic knowledge of seo and ranking for google.
I use them often. The most often is H1 and H2 .

just create you targeted keywords in you every page in main heading with H1 and H2 it will be really so much effective to your ranking.. and you know here is H1- H6 but most of the uses of H1 and H2 for SEO purpose

Yes I use them, Google like's websites with Semantic markup and H tags can be used to define order and priority of headings and content on a page. So..use them!
