Hi, thank you for your input, Sleepydude. It's easy. Look at the banner on the top of this page, with a link beneath Put Your Advertisment Here.

Advertisers pay and digitalpoint earns money via google adsense who manages the ad distribution.

Innerpixels.com provides publishers with a banner with a grid and a control panel where you can set up the price of your pixels for sale.
Advertisers can buy or lease your pixels.

As opposed to adsense that takes a big percent from advertisers, Innerpixels lets you take it all and it's completely free up to 470x60 pixels. However, upgrades are available for different fees.

    More explanations if required...

I commend you for a nice idea.

However, your website is a bit harsh on the eyes though, so you might want to clean that up a bit.

    Keep up the entrepreneuring!

Thank you all for the answers so far, I really appreciate your input.

I am going to record a video tomorrow and embed it in my page with instructions on how to set up your account, place the banners within your site, set up a price for your advertisers and just sell those pixels to advertisers.

I have just acquired the copyrights for my site and launched it yesterday, how wold I be able to provide any statistics? I am sure it is a innovative idea and that even forums.digitalpoint.com could find a spot near the current ad on top for my small button and set a huge price for each pixel...

So depending on how popular you are, you can ask advertisers to pay $1or $1000 for each pixel they buy on your site.

I made things very convenient to them, they can not be held liable whatsoever for many aspects of displaying paid advertising on a website such as: the uptime they display the adv since they are not hosting it! Isn't that awsome???

I know I have more to do on the website and I'm all by myself except my partner 12 hours time zone delay from me!...
