    Hi

I would appreciate it if someone could give me a ballpark figure of how much I shoud be asking for my blog. Here are some of the main stats, it has been running for a month now, the domain is studentcashflow.co.uk

    • 27 Unique Posts
    • 1,700 UV's
    • Over 2,600 pageviews
    • Over 1,200 backlinks
    • Professional Header Design

I have never really tried to make money from it until last week when I introduced some adsense onto the sidebar, so far very little adsense easrnings.

Please let me know what you think.

    Kind Regards
    Matt

1700 uv is not bad for a one month blog.
Keep tracking adsense for a bit longer and if you have $, that'll help a lot in your price.

BTW, your keywords are targeting student accommodation.
Maybe you can try also adding some adsense block targeting student loans and see if it pays better.

Man the adsense unit it's so blend in that I totally didn't see it at the 1º glance. So maybe putting a light gray background on and a different color (orangeish) on the titles would increase CTR.

I don't think it worths more than 60 bucks from the stats you gave us.

Try to make 20 bucks a month from it to get the value up to 100 or >.

    Hope I could help,
    TheRazor

content is only worth what people are willing to pay...You were offered $200. if you pass, you may or may not get a better deal...you can have all the great looking content on a site, but if it is not making anything, then its worthless, you should take the $200.

Yeah you should really take the 200$

And no... there is no way the content is worth over 60 bucks.

Each of those articles worth 1 buck 2 bucks maximum.

And I'm just judging word count, I haven't into got into quality.
