How do you install SMF?

Can anyone help me or give me a link to a guide for installing smf?

as i really need to install it and i don't know how

There is an installation file that is included within the package, simple open that up in your browser and it will guide you through the rest.

If it will make it easier then just send me the link to where you have uploaded all of the files and I can run the install for you.

 

I'm uploading files to my host lol.

Yes just load the location in your browser where you uploaded it for example http://myforum.com and add /install.php on the end and the installation screen will pop up

 

lol, i'm having problems uploading it onto cpanel now...

when you press open on the folder it just opens, not uploads the folder.

 

if you PM me your ftp information I can upload you all the files.

I'd suggest you to read the readme file that's included with the package. It explains the whole uploading and installation process and it guides you through the whole process. And if that doesn't help, then you have the manual on the smf website.
