Deisigning and developing websites is a very skilled job. It takes time, money and perseverance to learn these skills. You are hurting the whole industry by trying to bring the prices to such low levels. That is why your $10 offer for 6 PSDs is so ridiculous and insulting to the designers Also, this is a forum. He should be banned? What for? Its his PSD, his money, his option to pay $10 Why should you be so concerned? Does DP have any rules for minimum per hour wage ? To me it's retarded to post so much flame comment if you haven't seen the PSDs. It might not even be a full site, it can be something very simple like a contact form.

Very good point, you just showed him up.. aahaha. This price is ridiculous regardless of how complicated the PSD is.. coders, don't lower yourself to such levels. I too believe there is good reason to ban him just for trying. It brings down the industry.
Comments on the thread were not needed, a simple "Your price is to low" comment would be sufficient. Please show us some pictures of the PSDs.

"Our forum" - Your fecking 50 Posts doesn't make this forums yours neither do you hold any shares, do you? Did you even have a look at his PSD's? They could been just have been simple one column layout with no image elements at all or may forms? there are people who work for cheap rates like $2-$4 or may be his PSD's wouldn't have taken more than a hour This is public user forum as you say, so maybe there are probably few programmers who can do it for that cheap rate, if they don't mind why do you?
