I just found out that Obama writes his own speeches. What the hell were we thinking to elect someone who couldn't write OR read their own speeches? Good grief.
That may be. But he would do well to remember that he wasn't elected to merely read or write speeches.
I gotta find the article, but Obama writes his speech, then edits it, then he speech writer analysis it and reedits it where it is needed, then Obama edits once more.

Thanks for the source. And sure, he wasn't elected to read/write speeches but my point is that we have someone who is intelligent enough to make powerful, coherent speeches running our country. I'd prefer someone who can think on their own than someone who can't even read the speeches written for him. So now what say you? :]
No, but wouldn't you rather have an educated man who has rose from nothing lead your country as opposed to another rich moron born into the wealth that he has? I'm so glad for America, I can imagine the whole world minus the ignorant haters are happy with this historic result.
