Much better, but please play around with the fonts more and also, the "floating effect" might be distracting from the banner.

I will try to make revisions and submit a few more designs. But what do you mean by "Floating Effect"?

 

In your design, the text seems to be floating cuz there's a shadow behind them

 

Nice stack of cash graphic, maybe multiply it. Please change the font and also make it bigger.

No pastels, maybe some more "crisper" colors.

 

Based on your comments I made some changes, 'no pastels', bigger font, more money, different font and a bright green colour - the colour of money. I haven't got the chance to do the other one, however it can be simply done if you like this one.

 

Needs more vivid colors. It seems soft, the way it is. Maybe solid black, white, and red?

 

Fonts need more work. They look more like pictures than banners.
