Not able to start a new thread in Buy sell trade

    i am a new here can any one help as
    i am member since aug 2008 and got more then 30 posts still not able to start a thread in Buy sale trade thread
    what do i need to do

    Well your 25 posts seems completed today and DP system checks for users that need to be "upgraded" once an hour. So wait for few mins and you will have access.

    It sometimes takes a bit longer, especially if there is a sudden rush on the posting front to boost up to 25 posts. Be patient.
