very informative and useful contents just keep updating it regularly.

 

first impressions... like the design... very easy to navigate and pleasing on the eye. Also clean yet plenty of data. Well done there.

Article pages are also formatted well enough... this site is off a topic im interested in as it happens and I will probably return to it at some point for reading.

My only niggle would be clicking login opens new window

 

I like the content, information is interesting, smooth header...
But in my opinion, I dont really like the idea of 3 columns. It takes away the attention to read.

I'm more against 'Banner Blindness'. Apparently I can't post the link to the article.
But check google for it. The author is 'Jakob Nielsen'

I've had that article for almost a year. It's very interesting to know how the mind stays focused on certain designs of blogs.

 

The site is well designed, the color scheme, the theme, and the graphics
makes the site look great..

I'll 'ditto' the other posters .... Very Nice Site! Consider increasing your keyword density for the word 'health' (it's at 1.13%), 'healthy' (it's at .33%) 'weight' (it's at 1.56%) and 'weight loss' (it's at 1.60%)

All of these should be at least 2%

Finally, it doesn't look like you have any links coming to your site yet. Don't worry. (From what I've seen, it's just a matter of time) My $1 millon suggestion: Write 10 great health related articles and submit them to EzineArticles, GoArticles, etc. Make sure your keyword density is between 2-3% for the health niche you're writing about.

Then, do a PPC campaign and have your designation URL point back to your EzineArticle or GoArticle URL. That way you know 1) your quality score will be higher, since the article is keyword rich and the density is good, and 2) that the ezine directory's authority is being passed on to you.

Do this for a while, and watch your PR goes up, your incoming links go up, the number of pages spidered, and your revenue go up!!

yeah not that long.. maybe 5-6 hours. i work pretty fast
