I am planning on signing up for your service but there is a question that I must ask before I do so. I've noticed that some hosting companies that advertise on forums like this one have been opening for about a couple of months of for about 1-3 years (I've seen some on this forums) then they just close without telling its customers anything and just running off with their money and leaving their customers with nothing and a majority of them are fraud sites (really hope that you guys aren't don't want to get my lawyer in this again) So I want to ask how long have you guys been open for (I know that you are new since I can't find you guys site on certain search engines), how long do you plan to stay open for and what plans do you guys have to stay open for as long as possible?

 

I try my best to provide best hosting...... for anyone, very affordable...

I was looking for a more detailed and professional answer about my question because if I ask a hosting company like Host Gator, Host Monster or BlueHost the same question they would give me a very detailed and professional answer about their hosting because they would know that there are a lot of scammers out there just buying a hosting plan off The Planet (I know people that work there who tell me these things) and other huge dedicated server companies out there to make some extra money and when they've made enough they just leave so they would tell me what I need to know and they in turn would also try to prove to their customer that there someone that you can trust and not a scammer so they would answer every question that I have regardless on how ridiculous it is and if I ask them a question about their hosting and they don't provide it they would refer me to a host who does. Also I've noticed that you do not offer any Live Support, your Knowledgebase is empty and you do not have a support forums (either powered by vBulletin, IPB or a custom one that the host made and not a free forums software) which still comes to my question that you didn't answer, how long have you been open for? I really want to host on you guys but I need to know some stuff about the host before I do, I need to know that I can trust my host to carry my site for as long as I keep it open for and not until the host closes down on me and run off.
