    Also, I was wondering, what is an easy CPM Banner Program to get into that has decent Pay.

    they steal your traffic

    Their banners have redirect codes in them, taking the visitors away from your site

    its Don't USE

    and hes right they only count US and other high paying traffic and use them in their own scam for their advertisers using zero Iframes to bring them traffic.
