Nearly 3 weeks into this project and I haven't received a single update from assistingyou. I doubt she has done any work for us yet. Originally she promised an update every Monday, but that hasn't happened. Has anyone else on here purchased her services and actually got work done? Unless she gets back to me soon, I will be leaving negative itrader feedback.
I am in the same boat as you. I received one update the first monday, but nothing since then. Also, in that update, most of the links were nofollows. I mentioned that I wanted do-follow links, but never heard back. I sent a message a few days ago and never heard anything back. She is supposed to be done on Monday, so if she doesn't entirely finish everything that was promised by then, I will request a refund.
That's disappointing to hear. I assume we have been ripped off by a scammer. She hasn't replied to my last two e-mails from last Wednesday and this Monday. In my last e-mail I gave her the ultimatum of either sending a status report or refunding the paypal payment, otherwise I would comment on her work here and give her negative itrader feedback. Perhaps she took on too much work without any actual expertise. Her lack of communication and lack of results is not acceptable though. I am now leaving negative itrader feedback. I recommend anyone else with similar experiences should do the same. At the very least we should get her account banned from this forum.
So what do we do about this situation now? I noticed that she received itrader feedback from someone else today. So it isn't just a matter of her being out of town and not receiving my e-mails. She obviously realized that she cannot deliver what she promised and decided to just keep the money instead of providing refunds or attempting to do work for everyone. Personally I'm pretty bitter about it. I will be doing what I can to get a refund, even if I have to get it from paypal or from Visa. I will also do what I can to get her DP account banned. Just an update...Norilyn has finally decided to reply to my e-mails. She has issued me a full refund. I still wouldn't hire her again though. She obviously took on far more work than she could handle. If you have so much work that you don't have time to reply to your clients' e-mails then you know there is a problem. Best of luck to anyone else who is still dealing with her. She probably is capable of doing good work, but her professionalism is lacking.
