Not every one will give you POP3 access (POP3 is needed to be able to put it in Outlook)
I know Gmail does enable it. check it out here.

Some people don't like outlook because all their mail inbox is downloded into a certain machine, but in gmail you can keep a copy in gmail inbox too. In outlook there are more functions than normal web mail, for example adding backgrounds to the emails etc. So Kumarg is right its useful to use outlook than a normal web mail.

Your question is not clear ...Outlook is a desktop mail client . If you what to access your Gmail,Yahoo mail in outlook , you need to enable POP3 access in your mail settings and configure outlook software with your username and password

I forgot to mention on my previous post, that if you want to read all your email in one place, but without using outlook, I found fuser to be a good place to start. Google fuser and you will find out a site where you can get all your emails. Last time i check, was a little slow, but o.k

The free versions of web based email accounts are not compatible with email clients like Outlook or Thunderbird, if you like keep using your software for this purpose, you could choose the POP3 accounts or buy the special packages for example from Yahoo.

There are 2 ways to do it:

    1. Either you create a single Profile and setup your different email account into the same profile. By default outlook will have a single Personal Storage File (.pst file) and all mails from all different account will go into that. You can also create different Personal Storage File and make a rule to automatically transfer mail into respective .pst file.

    2. Second method is to create different profile for each email account and then use whichever email account you want to use by opening the respective profiles.

You will require email settings for each email service provider, which include POP3\IMAP and SMTP server names with Port No.

Also adding to all this, Yahoo n rediffmail doesn't provide POP access to free users. GMail provide it though. Hotmail will work without you putting the POP settings.
