it takes at least 2 hours to do PSD to HTML (if its done right that is) ...

Wow, i wonder why don't you code yourself bro we are professional web developers, not children who want 10$ to buy some chocolates .. understand the value of web developers, we work hard, spend our time, do lot of study, then we become developers after doing lot of efforts .. We should not waste our time for such time wasters . Time is money ..

Here at dp,i saw many guys who just waste time, they are not interested in any service, and some of them are those people who force us to work without advance, and then they run away ...

DP management should monitor those people buyers and provider both, who down the market, waste our time . i am not going in detail because i follow dp rules

It does not even matter what the details are. These types of skills are considered professional skills. The amount of time that would go into coding just ONE PSD is not worth any of our times, even at the rates of someone from India and whatnot. This is a skilled profession. Skilled profession's (should) have standards for their rate of pay for an agreed upon job. Like someone said before, this is less than $1 USD per PSD. How do you expect anyone to make a living off of those rates? You are pretty much asking for charity work. Honestly, it is not even worth my time to even reply to this e-mail, but if you are going to try and insult myself as well as others about our knowledge or ability, I will take it on a personal level and take time out of my busy schedule to reply. Please stop wasting our time and PLEASE stop insulting our intelligence and ability.
