Where do I get some SEO work

I am a SEO expert. I have completed many projects.
I get projects from different bidding site like - getafreelancer,elance,odesk,rentacoder,getacoder....
I want to get some more listings for the bidding site...

Where are you based? look at your regions job websites e.g monster.co.uk if in uk and just look for "SEO" - lots of jobs available

But I need some sites where clients post there requirement and invite SEO experts to give quote for the work.
