I just read a thread from someone getting a million views a day to 4 YouTube. (If I could get that to my sites I'd make a few quid!). Are there any articles about making money with YouTube? How do you or would you?
its two ways either make a video promoting your site or increase your channel subscibers and get paid for advertising I persoanally just make videos with my website in the video to get visitors

It is very easy to make money off of youtube. 1 - create a youtube account 2 - create a google account 3 - sign up for an adsense account 4 - apply to become a youtube partner 5 - link your youtube partner account and your google adsense account. I am a youtube partner. Be aware, there are requirements for the youtube partner account. You have to have videos posted on youtube, and the videos have to have several thousand views. So if you have a channel with one or two videos, with only a couple of views - do not expect to be approved to be a Youtube Partner. Youtube partners are held to a higher standard then regular youtube members. You have to upload 100% original productions. If you upload any copyrighted material that does not belong to you, your account be deleted. And since your partner account and your google adsense are linked, you run the risk of getting your adsense account banned.
Youtube partners don't really earn that much, what the other guys were talking about when they said they were getting a million views from youtube is that they built a webpage about say fishing gear. They have adsense and other monetenization efforts on the page. they then upload videos related to fishing to the webpage and then include links in the about the video box to the fishing gear webpage
This is very funny, I dont even know what to think about that statement. Are you a youtube partner, or do you even have a youtube account? Lets just say that my youtube traffic has gotten to the point where I am receiving a check every month or every 2 months from Google. Several partners I subscribe to on youtube can post a video, and within 24 hours it gets 20,000 - 50,000 views. Those people are making some good money from youtube. So I dont know how you can even think that "Youtube partners don't really earn that much,"????? Where are you getting your information from?
Watermark your videos with offers that relate to the video content. If you've got a music video, link to your ringtone affiliate. If you've got a chick stripping, link to adult affiliate. Viewers will go to your affiliate link, and you make money. This is one of the most effective ways.
uploading videos by watermarking the videos with your site name gets you a steady traffic till the videos are not deleted so you can use this traffic to convert into $ like having a site related to actress pics or somewat hot kinda images and good monitering of ads redirecting the domain to affiliate link etc
Make screenshot tutorial videos on "how to ......" can also drive traffic to your site. That's a new way of web promotion.

To make some money from youtube you have to to have your unique video which you will post there and then watermark it with the url of your site.

There are certainly a lot of questions here. First I'd like to clarify that YouTube partners can indeed make a significant amount of money. A handful of them make their entire living as YouTube partners. I am involved with two YouTube partner accounts, and I'll tell you that if you know how to create videos that can captivate, you can make a nice chunk of change doing so. You can make money by becoming a youtube partner via AdSense or do what I do, simply include a watermark with your website and a link to it in the description.
