Has anyone experienced this - my DD failed on 10-15 (along with many other people's). I checked my bank and it really didn't get there. So I email one of their customer service peeps who just gives me the same old auto-generated email that they had communications problems and I should have my money. I don't. And I don't have a check for that period. I tried emailing them again like 10 times but NOTHING. Any advice? I'm in the UK so it's kind of tricky. rich
Was it your first DD? And are you using a Current bank account? If it's Savings, then that might be the problem... BTW, it was a weekend, that's why Clickbank didn't reply...
Yep I know it was a weekend lol. I emailed them several times on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. And today. I've tried 3 times. Each time getting knocked back. It's a checking USd account Im hoping to get 2 checks in the post.
I've received all payments from clickbank except from one. I've been emailing them for 4 months already. Two times they promised they will reissue the payment but they didn't. I've sent them two more emails, which were left unanswered. I'm gonna keep trying to email them until I get my payment
You should call them over and over till you get the check . I did it and finally I get my re-issued check !
I didn't receive my check so I mailed them to ask for a re-issue but nothing came . Then I called them and was connected to LORA - may be manager in the payment department . I talked to her about my problem and 2 week later I got my check in my mail box
