DMCA - which countries?

    Hi guys,

    Anyone know which countries respect DMCA ?

    I mean, right now im hosted in Malaysia, which is an offshore country. I know there is a list of countries that dont really care about DMCA and all other copyrights issues. Anyone know where i can find that list?

    DMCA is a U.S.-specific law. Whether other hosts in other countries will agree
    with or not is really up to them, though some have similar processes to handle
    the same kind of complaint.

    Dave is right. However, if you are providing some sort of service to anyone within U.S. jurisdiction, your website can be taken down and you can be in trouble under the DMCA.

    no, they don't care about DMCA but they usualy have a similar law they will care about. DMCA is strictly US. However most countries have a legislation about copyright.
