How i can submit my blog to google search engine? Whats the procedure for verifying that google has crawled my blog?
Google bots generally crawl a blog on their way, just do pinging; http://blogsearch.google.com/ping, their is no need of submission, to check crawling you can use google webmaster tools.
i have submitted in blogsearch.google.com/ping but after this when i check in the search box to my blogs its not showing my blog.What to do?? Its not submitted also in http://www.google.com/addurl/. Please guys tell me
Even getting a few backlinks to your blog will help, as people say theres never really a need to submit a site to the search engines directly. Either content, backlinks or both will ensure that your site gets found, and nowadays usually pretty quickly.
There is actually no need to submit a blog to google. Just get some good quality backlinks to your blog and google automatically would crawl and index your blog.
When the traffic increases in ure blog or say more number of people click ure blog links u will find ure blog in google search.
Be patient, Google servers automatically index your site. No need to submit. Try to develop quality backlinks.
Depending on how you configured your blog, it may already be pinging search engines when a post is made (pretty sure wordpress does this but its been a while since I set it up). In any case, dont bother submitting it, do some linkbuilding and the blog will probably get picked up quicker that way. Also remember it takes time. Submitting it and then searching for it won't get you anywhere.
You can Google your own blog - just copy-paste your URL at the Google Search and you'll find all the links to your blog. Yes, I believe you don't need to submit your blog to the big G as long as you are building links.
