Far too dark. It hurts my eyes. The sounds which accompany hovering over your main menu buttons can get irritating. You can't tell where your links are. I had to hover over all of your text to identify the links on your page. While most are yellow, you have links in other colours. You should stick to one colour for links so as to avoid confusion.
