    Hi Folks:

    I am planning to sell my PR3 free directory fastreviews.org

    I am getting steady submission traffic on the directory. A solid alexa rank of 62, 747

    I have got some yearly featured link submissions when the rate was $6 per link. I have it at $2 for 2 weeks as part of an offer.

    No adsense on the directory so you can monetize it as you want to. I also have a popular subdomain on the directory that I would like to get redirected.

    Directory hosted at godaddy. Domain from godaddy. Domain valid till Apr 2010.

    Starting bid: $150
    Increments: $10
    BIN: $400

    Auction will be closed after 36 hours from last bid.

    I can share my google analytics account with anyone who wants to see the traffic details.

    Why am I selling it again? My last auction for this directory got good bids and I got BIN request in PM. The buyer is not buying the site now.

    Please PM me your analytics account email if you want to see the stats. I haven't put any adsense on the directory so there is no ad revenue. The only revenue I have so far is from some featured links that people bought.

    If you could publish some general info about sources of traffic and amount of UV/day in the last 3 months it would help a lot.

    I just took the 3 months info from my analytics account. I can share the account with prospective buyers if they PM me there google analytics account email.

    5340 UV in last 3 months. Main sources are forums, directory lists (and surprisingly gmail) :) Very little 4-5% SE traffic.
