Party of the corrupt and idiots. GOP puts its hope on the bigots. What you do not know is 5% of pugs women will vote for Obama because they think he is sexy. and they are sick of their Viagra popping husbands.

Are you high? You normally make rational well thought out posts so I can only surmise that the multi quote posts with multi-subjects are confusing you?

OK one subject at a time. What part of I have been agreeing with you on everything but the popular vote count from the beginning are you not getting?

You IMMEDIATELY jumped to an argument about how George Bush won in 2000 and that we are all Whiners.... Dude... I've AGREED with you at least 2 times. I mean, am I being punkd? Who are you arguing with??

Here, here, I'm saying it again:

GeorgeB: GEORGE W. BUSH WON THE ELECTION IN 2000. He won the majority electoral vote. He got over 270 AND THAT IS ALL THAT COUNTS!

I cannot spell this out any clearer for you. Why are you trying to argue with me when I am telling you over and over again that I agree with you????

I AM NOT SAYING AL GORE SHOULD HAVE WON THE ELECTION JUST BECAUSE HE WON THE POPULAR VOTE!!!

Listen, I'm sure when you calm down and go back and read the thread again you'll see what I'm saying. I think because I brought up the popular vote thing you instantly assumed I was saying Al Gore should have won? I'm not.

Umm... no I think I pretty much nailed it.

What part of that made you think I didn't understand the electoral college??

BTW, that quote is from my very first post on the matter. Do you realize you've been trying to tell me I don't know how the electoral college works in every post since then? THAT is what I've been trying to tell you!

Now that I've explained to you AGAIN that I am not arguing with you about who won in 2000!

Can we get back to the core point that you tried to make that I disagreed with?

Mia: the more people that vote, the better it is for the Republican Electorate.. (if you'd like to deny you said that AGAIN.... see post above)

That is the ONE and ONLY point I am disagreeing with you on. I kept saying "but" because I AGREE that George Bush won in 2000. But I don't agree that voter turn out favors Republicans.

    http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/10/31/low-richardson-pegs-middle-class-making/

And yes, it is a link to Fox before anyone whines about it. But, there is an actual link to the Richardson interview to backup the article....and yes I know that's Richardson because I live in NM. It could have just been a gaffe on his part, who knows. Most New Mexicans don't like him anyways....

Did Biden really make a gaffe and lower the amount to $150,000?

Its not a Gaffe man. Its an omission.

The real number is around $30k, if you read Obama's tax plan and pay particular attention to the marginal rate, which actually is at its highest on those making around $32k to $45k (45% in total). That's a full 6% more than those making $250k/yr.

Yeah, sadly it does look like they intend to go back to the Clinton days.

Completely wrong. All of it. It is not $35k or any other mis information that you hear on conservative outlets and PAC's. It is all completely incorrect.

Just go to his campaign website and read his proposals for yourself. Just read from the source is all I am asking.

Secondly, what the hell was wrong with the Clinton Day's?

Clinton made sweeping welfare reform and cut that budget in half. The economy was great, the market soared, legally. Unemployment was the lowest it ever was, and the Governments operating budget was balanced, while preserving Veterans benefits and keeping the military strong. We all made money during the Clinton day's and when it was over the market didn't crash from trillions in deregulated bad paper.

Gosh, It would be horrible to go back to those days:rolleyes:

Every President should get a BJ in the Oval Office if those are the benefits, actually, I would pay for it myself.

Gotta Love Obama and his CHANGE! 13 days before election He CHANGES his tax plan

    http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.co...e-his-tax-plan-just-days-before-the-election/

    Not to mention

Obviously the election is only 2 days away.. We are starting to see the truth appear in the two candidates.. however while John McCain is standing firm and his values and plans are not "Changing" Obama and his tax cuts are already starting to fluctuate in numbers.. As you recall, Obama, when asked by "Joe the Plumber" stated that everyone under 250000 dollars was considered MIDDLE CLASS and would receive a tax break.. (Not even commenting on the REDISTRIBUTING THE WEALTH) comment, now only a few weeks later the Middle class is no longer 250000... first obama lowered it to 200000 then Biden stated a quite lower level at 150000.. Following the campaign this morning, a key leader and one of Obamas managers stated that anyone under 120000 was considered middle class..
If people would see that he is already lying and manipulating the country ( because now the 95% of americans that were supposedly and promised to see the tax breaks, consequently, will not.) This is just an indication of what kind of man and what kind of president he will be, if you will look, mccains plans remain firm and promising..
Put the right man in the Oval office and elect John McCain..
Be praying for this election and for the next president.
    NOBAMA 08!!

For anyone buying into the "socialist" lies about Obama consider the fact that America's richest two men are supporting Obama. Yes both Warren Buffet & Bill Gates are voting for Obama.

You best check your brain if you really think the two richest people in America would support a socialist. If you believe that you are beyond help.

Go to VoteForChange.com to find your polling location. Take everyone you can to the polls tomorrow. Choose Obama/Biden.

We have had enough of Bush/McCain/Cheney

Its no lie that he's a socialist, look at his policies, his redistribution of wealth, his more government plan. These are socialistic policies.

BS. It is a lie and you are repeating that lie right now. "redistribution of wealth" is the very nature of taxes. McCain's plan is also redistribution of wealth. The only difference is that he redistributes it to the wealthy and Obama to the middle class.

Again: Rational Americans will ask themselves "would the two richest men in America support a socialist for President?" The obvious answer is NO. I trust Warren Buffet & Bill Gates opinion on the economy more than yours.

While McCain is receiving endorsements from DICK CHENEY. Obama receives endorsements from Warren Buffet, Colin Powell, Bill Gates, & Eric Schmidt (CEO of Google.)

In reality the marginal rate for those making just $35k - $45k per year increases to 45%, which is a full 6% more than the marginal rate for those of us making over $250k/yr.

I really wish people would read his tax plan instead of listening to MSNBC and other looney left cable news networks.

The latest lie from the GOP smear machine? That Obama will somehow "bankrupt" the coal industry. Just a flat out ridiculous lie. Guess what the truth is? Obama & McCain have the EXACT SAME POSITION on coal.

Thankfully we only have one day left of GOP lies.

Tomorrow real Americans all over this great country go to the polls and take our country back from Bush/McCain/Cheney. We will not let them have another four years to further destroy our country. We will not listen to the lies this time.

Vote For Barack Obama On November 4, 2008!

    Quoting Obama

"So if somebody wants to build a coal power plant, they can," Obama concluded. "It's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greeenhouse gas that's being emitted."

Its amazing. You quote Obama verbatim, and there are still people that will attempt to tell you that he did not really say what he meant, or mean what he said, or that we some how misinterpreted what he said, even though he did say it.

    Strange.

hope your keeping up with Obamas plans, cause he changes them quite frequently

After all he is the candidate of change right.

Not strange at all, quite common actually, its exactly the response i expected. Pretty sad :(
