The content is unique, we have all org content on word if needed. If needed we can even put you in contact with the developers and they will get you all signed up as a property consultant etc. The site/logo etc is all unique yes.

 

sorry i should have made that a little clearer. By developers i mean the property developers that are being used for the site, hope that helps anyone a little more.

Ok here the updated information for everyone.
I have just got off the phone with the developers and this is what they said. The commissions are between 3% and 5% depending on the net value of the properties. Should you decide to buy the website we will pass your information onto our property specialise (Stephen), he will then sort all the relevant paperwork out with you. Once you become a full agent with them you can then start making commission on any sales. The aim is to get enquires through the website, once you have these you will be able to contact your specialist and they will proceed to sell for you. As the prices for any property is high you would never be looking at anything under £5-10k per sale. There are no limits and as we have experienced it should be relatively easy to gain ranking with this site. The site design is unique with SE friendly code, all that’s lacking is offsite promotion, and as every reader here knows that’s always the easy bit. If anyone needs to know anything more I would be happy to answer all questions.

Are you going to be able to fix the pages that are going to the left (as opposed to being centered, which is how the homepage is)?

Also, when you said "your specialist" in the previous post, what did you mean by it? Is it the representative of the developer?

With regarding to small/slight changes this is no problem.

With regards to the specialist, the developer in question is huge, they have offices all over the world. Once you become an agent (this is of course the purpose of the contract) you will be assigned a property specialist. Your specialist can be in any country, they have all the information on every development and property. As you can imagine you will never know every property they have nor the prices and all specs, the specialist knows everything about everything they do. They are NOT third party agents they directly work for the developers in question. Hope that helps.

 

Ok, i have just been through the site, looks like our client made some dodgy changes, as far as i can see everything has been put back to normal. If you do happen to notice anything not working i will amend as soon as possible.
