CB not releasing allowance?

I was wondering if anyone is experiencing this problem. I was on a bi-weekly pay schedule and everything was fine. I have a good bit of money in my allowance that has been releasing every pay period (after being held for 6 pay cycles). But recently I switched to the weekly pay schedule; and now I can see my old allowance amount is not being released. Has anyone else experienced this porblem

Yup same here. When I look back at my paycheck history, it makes absolutely no sense when I should be getting an allowance. I gave up trying to figure it out, and will just be happy on the paychecks I see it.

It says something on the cb faq pages, about when you change pay cycles, the cycles will overlap and may cause a delay.

I dont have priveleges to post links yet, but, go to clickbank / accounting.html and click on the first link.

The delay that there referring to is the actual paychecks not the amount there supposed to released.

Its in there somewhere, I read it the first time the payment cycle switched and I didn't get my allowance at the right time. You still get them though, just don't remember when (and too lazy to search through faq).

i'm in the same boat, it seems to be taking a long long time for the allowance to come through ...

    i'm confused though ...

say i have an outstanding allowance of $40 from the previous month

i have $200 of sales in a week

    i have one $80 refund ...

so ... will my sales for the week be $200 - $80 .... or will they be $200 - $40, with the allowance now being used up?

They're probably trying to make the payback time stretch out. Before they used the "6 pay cycles" because it was approximately 90 days. Which is usually the time limit on most credit card charge-backs. Now that they have a weekly pay cycle - they have to hold that allowance for more pay cycles to cover the 90 day charge back limit. - That would be my guess.
