What does the CRM stand for ? If it is relevant to a niche or professional service, it may be worth low $xxx, but since it has no site on it, traffic or stats, it depends on how bad you want it.
Knowing what it stands for would help more.

 

I think you will have more chance of getting a good price if you develop the site and get some backlinks / PR etc..

As the URL itself does not seem to be that good IMO
