Adsense Can Really Suck Sometimes . . .

It is really sucking at the moment, I have gone from making around $10 to less than $5 simply over night.

I don't understand how Google can justify what it pays sometimes.

The whole $0.01 click rubbish is not funny at all is it?

I have to be careful not to block too many ads also as that is not gonna help.

Does anyone else feel unfairly treated by Google sometimes?

Hey at least you're getting clicks.

10$, or even 5$ or even 1$ a day is amazing really...

What you get paid for a click depends on how much the adwords advertisers are bidding on keywords. With the economy getting worse, I would expect advertising budgets to be lower and the payouts to get smaller. It sucks, but not much you or Google can do about it.

The amount I make per day greatly depends on the day. On Saturday, I get 10 times what I get on Sunday....

I also have better clicks on certain days. But I also agree that Google advertisers are being hurt by the economy like everyone else.

My avereage daily adsense earning is around 0.30$.
Though my blog is PR3 and daily traffic around 200 users,
I earned just 30$ for the past 5 months.

Adsense is really worst for me.

Adsense goes up and down with the tide. October for me was a down month, my CTR was terrible compared to the rest of the year. Point is, you'll pick up. And when you do I doubt you'll come back here complaining about how awesome adsense is and how much money yer making.

My Adsense earnings have been up and down for the last month.. Near record high one day, record low the next (like today).. To ease the pain, you really should diversify your earnings - that will not only increase your overall earnings, but it will help make bad Adsense days more tolerable..

Imagine how Google feels when advertisers bit $0.01 per click. How are they supposed to split that ?

Fluctuations between $5 and $10 is normal. Fluctuations between $5 and 40$ wouldn't be.

I think the key is to use Adsense as you can and then look for other money making opportunities.

This is also useful because if you get banned from Adsense you will have no income whatsoever.
