I am currently using my own domain for my blog but it is hosted for free on blogspot, now I am planning to move my blog from blogspot to wordpress without losing any feed readers and traffic. Can someone help me do it at reasonable rate? My blog link is - Leon's Beauty Tips and Secrets
you can use rss to do this as fast. or you have to (copy+paste) to move all topics from old to new 1 i think..am not so good with blogspot. but i think that should help.
as said by swishman.. you'll have to find something to convert rss to genuine blog posts.. leme know if you can throw in any amount to do this.. i will research on it to come up with a practical solution.
Well i have done something similar before but it wasnt from a blogspot blog it was from wordpress feed to wordpress so i think i could do that using the same tricks..
Wordpress has a feature that allows you to import all your blogspot posts to your WP site. I had to do this myself when I had Netrepreneursblog(on Blogger)extracted to MarketSecrets.biz...As for the url,that's just a matter of changing the two dns nameservers to your new host's servers so your same ole url will pull up the WP version with all your old posts still in tact. You won't loose any readers because they'll be sent to your new WP version...there's no rate because you can easily do this yourself as long as you get your own webhosting
