If you are not happy paying their low fees, you should either consider raising your own so that you make a profit or just go with somewhere else which you would be happy with. Paypal is not a charity and they have every right to charge fees for their service because what they do is not free. Besides both you and paypal are there to make money. Do you make a profit off your customer ? What is your profit margin against that of paypal ?
Its because of PP's inclination towards its buyers. Customers can say that their acc was hacked and still shop digital hoods
People who have had bad experiences always make the most noise. They have more reason and desire to be heard than those of us who have had a good experience. My Paypal experience has been 100% good. Their fees are very low when you compare to setting up a merchant account elsewhere. Just the set up fees are extortionate...and then you have fixed monthly fees on top of that! I am very happy with Paypal...easy to set up and cheap fees. However I don't let too much money build up in the account. I've heard of peoples accounts being frozen and then they can't get to their money. I always transfer it out as soon as I reach the minimum limit for a free transfer!
I dont think that anyone person with good experience is not allowed to shout here. Look at the ratio and then post something.
My level of satisfaction is reasonable. I don't like the exorbitant fees and the lousy exchange rates given. Nothing we can do about it and looks like there is no other choice but to continue using it.
PayPal has been good overall, although they almost screwed me once. I tend not to use them simply because they're a huge hassle to deal with when they barge in and assume you're a frad
Pretty much satisfied with them. Using them from last 8 months. So far they are must in my system for my payments process.
Actually when they cut the incoming payment I hate that the most..I think they should start a new rule that amount more than 5$ will have a cut fee. I wish they start this new rule
