There is a liquor called Buffalo Trace?? I gotta get me some! I haven't touched a drop of alcohol in years, but these used to be my favorites. Anything that involved Kahlua, Baileys, and/or Amaretto (diSaronno, of course) White Russians, Mudslides, Amaretto Sours....
Absinthe, if you haven't tried it you don't know what you're missing, just make sure you get the real stuff, not the 80 proof.
I once played Arthur Rimbaud - talk about the effect of the real stuff.... I didn't think it's the strength, though, but the presence of wormwood that adds the hallucinogenic kick - those containing more than negligible wormwood in their recipes have been outlawed for years, though I think there is an attempt at relaxation on the books worldwide. There are still some places in Paris that you can get "authentic" under the table, but hard anymore to find a way to swim with The Green Fairy.
