    You just need to write lots of great content. Make tons of posts....And put this on your site so people can link to social networking sites: AddThis.com

    i think the way to get content is invite people to join your forum especially active member and their will automatic post various content

    It's kinda hard to promote forums initially, try to invite all of your friends to your forum. Hire some posters, and run some contest to get thing rolling.
