Azoogle Ads Stole My Money

For months I've spent hundreds for dollars promoting items on AZoogle Ads. I've actually spent more money than I've earned with them. Then all of a sudden they suspend my account because I was promoting a ring-tone offer using frames which I didn't know violated their terms. The ring tone offer was ran from months without problem.

But they really pissed me off because:
1- They didn't notify me that I was in violation.
2 - They didn't give me a chance to fix the problem.
3 - They wouldn't reactivate my account after me fixing the problem.
4 - They stole my money in the account.

I spoke to a Amy Van der Veer and she was no help. She told me I should open a new account which is total BS. I had links setup to my account and data from previous campaigns I've ran. Now it's all gone, not to mention my balance in the account. It was only $18, but it was my money.

As a result, I'm not be doing any more business with AZoogle Ads. Year to date I've grossed over $100K online via affiliating marketing. My goal is to do way more than that and I know other affiliate companies will love my business. This month I'll do a record $26K this month.

I think Azoogleads is extremely arrogant to treat their affiliates the way they treated me. I highly recommend staying away from AzoogleAds.
Azoogle Ads steals their affiliate's money.

So you've lost $18 or $26k or few hundreds of $ ? Sorry for sarcasm, but not clear. Anyway something should be done if it's true.

Ask to speak to a manager and see if you can sort this out directly with someone in power.

So you make $100,000+ per year with affiliate marketing, lost $18 because you violated Azoogle's TOS and decided to make a thread about it?

Ask to speak to their manager. Although, if you feel this way,why would you want your account back ;)

    Read the terms of agreement.....

The ads may not be manipulated, integrated, or framed in any such way that should increase the chance of a user clicking on it.

And also. The termination says that they don't have to, and won't notify you if you violate the terms. Neither will they pay for the balance on the account.

They didn't steal your money, you just didn't take the time to read the ToS therefor losing the money

    but why complain over $18?

Please read ToS before ranting here again

I don't know why you're complaining. If you make 26k/mo and only lost, just open a a new account the aff manager said and don't do what you did again and live happily ever after. end of story.

AzoogleAds has paid me! However, like I said it's not about the money. It's about the principal. Treat me like a person with a little dignity and respect. I had a ton of data (keyword tracking) on AzoogleAds for stuff I was playing with. They took all my data. Last month (Oct-08) I grossed $30,272 with $9,774 in profit with "mostly" Affiliate Marketing so I know a little something. My goal was to find successful campaigns on AzoogleAds after spending hundreds of dollars experimenting. For them to do what they did, wasn't cool at all. I just signed up with PepperJam.com, so I'll see how they treat me since AzoogleAds kicked me to the curb.

Too bad, so bad. All you can do is vent. Dust yourself off and bounce back ten times harder.

She told you to make a new account? Wow, I'd make a new one. Sometimes you'd get banned for life (ways around it) but I'd just let it go and make a new account.

Sometimes they have to suspend your account to show the advertiser that they are serious about the advertisers' TOS. Just a rule of thumb for the future, don't iframe anything until you check the TOS. There are a lot of offers nowadays that you cannot iframe, and it only takes a couple of minutes to check the TOS.
