I need a WP Plugin Written...

    I need a plugin for wordpress that will check a local or remote MYSQL database every hour for articles about a certain topic, if the topic is found then post the article incl. title and summary/excerpt in the proper category in WP.

    The plugin of course needs to ping all ping sites used in the WP installation/configuration...

    Please PM timeframe and cost if you can make this...
