    Current logo looks ok. But how about changing to a 3d type? I always admire seeing one of these.
    Try to work on to customize the theme as this one looks pretty generic.

    Needs to be bigger, longer more colourful. Doesn't really stand out that much..

    The logo should be more prominent, you should consider adding more
    colors into the logo.

    the logo has almost a opposite color then the site and also the edges of the logo are not smooth and seems like some excess white.

    mmm...I think the logo is too simple and generic...I would go for something some more elaborated and with more "life".....

    It's good... but the white border around 'the earth' isn't good at all.. you should remove it in PS...
